Supply Chain Administrator

Our Client is currently looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join them. This is a permanent role and a wonderful career opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Process GRNs vs POs, and investigate variances

Match Invoices and GRNs, and work with finance on queries

Supplier set up and approval

Co-ordinate contract supplier orders and manage that inventory

Effectively resolve any supplier related issues

Communicate effectively with other departments within the company

Be an active member of continuous improvement processes within the department

Maintain department KPI dashboards and capture meeting minutes/report on any out-standing actions.

Any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager

 

Experience, Skills Required:

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role

Excellent understanding and interest in supply chain and logistics

Highly proficient computer skills

MRP knowledge a distinct advantage

Ability to multitask on various platforms and projects

Positive attitude and strong work ethic with pro-active problem-solving skills
