Service Support Administrator
Our Client is currently looking for a Service Support Administrator to join their team. This is a 1 year agency contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative services including diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organising travel and preparing itineraries, correspondence and prioritising emails for the Senior Leadership Team.
Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team in the preparation of project material and correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefing presentations and supporting material as required. Ensuring all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide support in relation to travel queries, meetings and videoconferences for assigned personnel, maintaining a diary of events.
Maintenance and management of all office filing systems.
Hold full responsibility for the stock and distribution of all administrative supplies and site packages from HQ.
Skills, Experience Required:
Degree in a related discipline
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Excel
The role requires an experienced individual accustomed to driving project milestones, with strong administrative and client management skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Good verbal and written communication skills
Salary
Salary : €35K to €40K per annum
