Senior Administrator, New Business
Our Client is looking for a New Business, Senior Administrator. Fluency in French is a requirement for the role. The position can be based in Co. Meath or Dublin City Centre.
Responsibilities
Administer New Business Proposals and ensure the quality of new business processing is to agreed standards
Ensure pipeline reports, management information systems and performance indicators are kept up to date
To develop and maintain effective working relationships with business introducers and regional offices with the focused aim of fostering customer loyalty
To ensure that all computer-generated documentation and replies to correspondence are sent out promptly and efficiently
Other job-related roles and duties as and when required by management for the effective running of the team
Experience, skills required
3-5 years’ experience in a Financial Services company preferably insurance related
Fluent in French
Knowledge of anti money laundering and client due diligence
Ability to work accurately and quickly
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
