Sales Administrator
Our Client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent role with a successful construction related company. The successful candidate will be the company’s main point of contact with the Client and the role will suit you if you have previous experience working in a busy varied office role. This is an office based role – Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Input sales orders and delivery dockets daily
Prepare delivery dockets and manifests
Communicate with customers in a professional manner and ensure queries are responded to effectively and efficiently
Become familiar with our product offering and answer general technical queries posed by prospective and current customers
Prepare quotes packs for Customers
Maintain CRM with up to date information on customers, quotes, etc
Ensure all marketing and product related information is available when required
Attend external events with Sales Team when necessary
Perform general office administration duties
Qualifications/Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in MS Office
A “can do” work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills
