Process Engineer
Our Client, a manufacturer based in South Dublin, is looking for a Process Engineer to join their company. The role holder will report to the Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with production personnel to minimise downtime on equipment and respond to all issues in a timely manner.
Review and respond to issues identified by internal & external reject rates and aim to improve processes and equipment based on their analysis.
Support R&D in developing production equipment for new products which can be safely utilised by production operators.
Participate in risk assessments and HAZOPs of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Work with engineering team to develop and implement strategic engineering Goals & Objectives.
Be responsible and aware for the Environmental and Health & Safety effects of the work that you perform
Requirements:
Primary Degree (minimum Level 7) in Process, Manufacturing, Biomedical or Mechanical engineering.
Hands on mechanical experience is preferable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, root cause analysis and risk assessments with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Must be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Salary:
Up to €42K per annum & pension & healthcare
Monday to Thursday 08.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., Friday 08.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
