Personal Assistant
Our Client is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the CEO and members of the senior management team. This is a 12-month contract. The role holder will be responsible for the smooth running of the CEO Office administrative functions. This is a hybrid role – 2 days work from home.
Responsibilities include:
Provide diary management support to the CEO & members of Executive Committee
Assist with the effective operation of the CEO Office
Represent the CEO Office in a professional manner throughout the business and externally.
Manage all domestic and international travel for CEO, including costs and approvals.
Circulate communications which have been prepared by the CEO.
Organise monthly Executive Committee meetings.
Prepare and circulate meeting minutes and actions.
General administrative support
Please note there may be flexibility required on work hours during demanding periods, and travel between the Navan and Dublin office on an ad-hoc basis.
Experience and Skills Required :
Minimum 3 years administrative experience
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Confidence dealing with staff at all levels and making decisions quickly.
Excellent organisational skills.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Hours of work : 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday
