Operations Administrator

Our Client, a successful manufacturer based in South Dublin, is looking for an Operations Administrator/Planner to join their Operations Team. This role will suit a proactive individual with excellent administrative and organisational skills.

The Role:

As the Operations Administrator/ Planner, you will work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Operations Team to support the efficient delivery of the day-to-day department operations such as:

Managing and updating company reports and databases.

Providing administrative support as needed.

Ensuring maintenance of relative training files and matrices as well as Production procedures

Coordinate training programmes for Operations team.

Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment

Participate in ongoing projects

Requirements:

A minimum of two years previous administrative experience

A recognised qualification in administration is a distinct advantage

Strong organizational, time management and administrative skills.

Good interpersonal skills and have an ability to build rapport with varying departments and individuals.

Ability to multitask.

Must be seen as positive and enthusiastic demonstrating a “can do” attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
