Marketing Manager
Our Client is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone in a senior marketing position to take a step up into a Marketing Manager role.
You will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy across several markets and developing campaigns to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs (both internal and external) and the competitive landscape.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns
Lead the scheduling, project planning, tracking, and proofing of large-scale marketing initiatives.
Gather customer insights, identify emerging trends, and uncover marketing opportunities.
Manage all aspects of product marketing, including overseeing new product launches and ensuring smooth execution.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Supervise product photography, content creation, packaging
Oversee the planning and execution of local and international events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Handle marketing administration, including stock management, distribution, and ad hoc marketing requests.
Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment on integrated projects, ensuring cohesive messaging and strategy across all channels.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of experience managing marketing teams, projects, budgets, and working in a B2B environment
A third-level or postgraduate qualification in Marketing
Healthcare/ medical device sector experience is advantageous
Strong business acumen
Communicates in a compelling and impactful way
Ambition to achieve successful outcomes and high standards
The ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Office 365, Mailchimp, Google Business Tools, Analytics and WordPress etc.
