Labels Administrator

Our Client is currently looking for a Labels Administrator to join them This is a part time hybrid position – 3 days per week – 1 day on site.


Keep all label files up to date and in line with the most recent approval certificates and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with Regulatory Consultants where necessary.

Prepare new labels files where required for new product approvals and as needed by the registration team.

Proofread and approve all label artwork before it goes to the printer.

Keep administrative files and systems up to date to ensure an accurate record of work.

Assist Sales Managers, Supply Chain, Customer Service and customers with label queries.

Attend weekly team meetings.

Barcode Management

Experience, Skills Required

Previous experience in a busy office environment.

Attention to detail is a necessity for this role.

Excellent communication skill and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Ability to manage own workload.
