IT Support Manager
Our Client is currently looking for an IT Support Manager to join their IT Department. This is a hand-on role within a multi-plant operation.
Responsibilities
Installation, operation and support of end user infrastructure and related software components.
Manage a team of 2 support specialists. Define team priorities for operational and project activities.
Manage local contractors.
Assist in defining the long-term strategy for future hardware and software requirements.
Ensure smooth running of IT related operations through delegation and a hands-on approach.
Plans project (timing, effort, cost) to meet the requirements.
Define and control the daily operational processes to guarantee optimal usage and service delivery.
Act as primary contact for major problems or incidents within scope of control.
Proactively communicate and cooperate with relevant internal departments.
Second/third line troubleshooting and problem-solving
Qualification, Experience, Skills Required
Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
Excellent computer server, active directory, 0365, mobile device management and network administrator skills required
Knowledge of supporting, installations, ERP, CRM, SAP, networks, remote desk support
Management and leadership skills
Hands-on experience
Excellent attention to detail
