Group Control & Reporting Manager

Our Client, a successful, well-established manufacturing company, is currently looking for a Group Control & Reporting Manager to join their Finance Team. This role reports to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

Development, implementation and ongoing management of business controls.

Input, develop, and where appropriate lead projects which are focused on improving efficiency within the business.

Produce monthly board pack, present commercial information to senior management and provide relevant commentary.

Business KPI reporting both Financial and specific KPI’s for Operations

Budget and Forecasting for the Group

Balance Sheet Reconciliations & Key Interface/Update responsibility

Cashflow and Banking requirements

Statutory Audit management

Statutory Accounts both single entity and Group.

Responsibility for all National Taxes – VAT, PAYE/PRSI Corporation Tax etc.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with at least 7 years Post Qualified Experience.

Previous manufacturing industry experience a distinct advantage.

Have the desire to grow within your role and be committed to contributing to the success of the company.

Proven ability in recommending and implementing solutions to management accounting issues.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Competent in IT, MS Office including medium to advanced Excel ability.

Must have the ability to “win” people over through constructive engagement and ensure the delivery of new control/reporting initiatives.

Be a natural leader.

While the role will be primarily office based in Meath there may be a requirement for travel to UK on occasion.
