DISPATCH CLERK

Our Client in Co. Meath is currently looking for a Dispatch Clerk to join their organisation. This is a busy environment and previous experience in a similar industry is required.

Main responsibilities:

Schedule transportation of product to meet customers’ requirements;

Communicate with other internal departments and with the customer to ensure product delivered according to schedule;

Process all relevant documentation and accurately input data on the warehouse system;

Follow up to ensure all queries sorted;

Participate in department improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills and Experience Required:

Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work independently;

Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office programmes;

Strong administrative and organisation skills;

Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills;

A flexible can-do attitude.
