Customer Service Executive
Our Client in South Dublin is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is a permanent role with a successful manufacturing company. The role holder will be responsible for the Irish Market and it is a wonderful position if you love dealing with customers and enjoy managing the administration from order entry to shipment.
Responsibilities:
Sales order processing and invoicing
Answer telephone calls
Gain an understanding of the customer’s needs and requirements and ensure excellence in the service provided
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and customer account details on the database
Contact point for customers and Sales Team to communicate all queries, issues, literature requests and complaints.
Generate weekly/monthly reports
Other duties as they arise
Qualifications/Skills Required:
Strong MS Excel skills (intermediate level)
Competent with Microsoft office packages Word/Email etc.
3 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
Use of a fully integrated accounting software package SAP B1 would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent attention to detail
Fluent written and spoken English.
Good team working and time management abilities.
Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary up to €40000
Probationary Period 6 months after which the successful applicant will gain
3% of Salary Contribution towards VHI.
5% of Salary as Employer Pension Contribution.
Annual Leave 22 days (including Good Friday)
Hours of Work: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 08.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Friday
