Assistant Project Manager
Our Client is currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their organisation to manage and monitor the construction programme and cost plan for specific projects. The sites are located in Dublin.
Responsibilities
Supervise installation crews on site.
Attend site meetings.
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety procedures on site.
Maintain safety records of personnel and equipment.
Complete daily work plan and update safety documentation accordingly.
Read drawings.
Regularly update the Senior Project Manager with reports of site activities.
Keep a record of issues on site.
Make sure areas are prepped for future works.
Ensure resources are available for upcoming works.
Check material arriving on site.
Manage stock of material on site.
Experience, Skills Required
Previous experience working in a similar role is essential.
Must have a Safe Pass.
Must be computer literate.
Good communication and organisational skills.
