Our Client is currently looking for a Facilities Specialist to join their team. This is a 2 year contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
Meet and greet visitors
Diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organising travel and preparing itineraries.
Provide support in relation to travel queries, meetings and videoconferences for assigned personnel.
Maintenance and management of all office filing systems.
Hold full responsibility for the stock and distribution of all administrative supplies and site packages from HQ.
Have responsibility for overseeing and agreeing contracts for the providers of services including security, cleaning, parking, and catering
Skills, Experience Required:
Degree in a related discipline
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Excel
Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Good verbal and written communication skills
Salary : €35K to €40K per annum
